Overview
Clothes worn multiple times or having fittting issues are discarded usually, but those clothes might be in good condition and useful for others who cannot afford at that time.
Problem
It is hard and time consuming to donate clothes and people do not know the right place or ngo where these items should be donated.
Goal
The goal is to create a platform so people can easily donate the clothes and enable the charities working on it ,to share those with the needy.

Discovery
I began with understanding the user needs, behaviour and the challenges they are facing currently to donate clothes. Also, what all factors they consider while trying to donate.
Questions -
Who are the actual users, thier behaviours and the current process?
What are the challenges user face for donating clothes?
What all do they think this expericne should include?
What all factors they consider while donating clothes?
We organized the content and created themes to identify insights from the research data. And finally with some brainstorming with product teams I came up with following inights based on the proirities
Analysis and synthesis
People are unable to go to donation centres / ngo due to lack of time
Many do not use app and need simple ways
They might also have other things to list for donation
Design
With the insights prioritized, I started with paper wireframes, followed by digital wireframe and creating a low fidelity prototype.
I conducted usability study to incorporate user feedback for the app.

Finally, I added visuals and created prototype for mobile and desktop.
